Return Policy:

We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you receive an incomplete order, damaged or incorrect product(s), please notify Customer Support immediately or within 24 working hours of receiving the products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that will not accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receipt. We try our best to resolve your complaint within 24 – 48 working hours. However, the resolution time may vary depending on the nature of the complaint.

Return Policy Exceptions:

  • You fail to provide require evidences and support to investigate the matter
  • Fail to return back item within given timeline by Tmeds

Following Products are not eligible for Returns incase;

  • If the item has been opened, partially used or disfigured. The user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of acceptance of products by the delivery agent at the time of delivery;
  • If the product has been tampered with;
  • If the product packaging and/or packaging box and/or packaging seal has been tampered with. The user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent and it is emphasized that the user should not accept the order if the package appears to be tampered;
  • Any accessories/freebies supplied with the product are missing;
  • If the product does not have serial number / UPC number/ barcode affixed, which was present at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent;
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty;
  • The product is without original packing and accessories/freebies;
  • If the product is damaged due to misuse;
  • Cosmetic items shall be return only incase received in broken condition or wrong item delivery and substitute item can be deliver subject of availability.
  • Products related to personal care, baby care, food & nutrition, healthcare devices, covid essential products including but not limited to masks and gloves, sexual wellness products including but not limited to condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, any other products such as but not limited to diapers, health drinks, health supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, etc. Additionally, we do not take return of certain items such as sexual wellness products, diapers, etc. However, Tmeds shall accept return if aforementioned products are defective, deficient or spurious or not of the characteristics or features as advertised or if they are delivered late.
  • Manufacture Warranty (where applicable for devices/instruments) – If the returns of the products are arising from a warranty provided by manufacturer, please direct your returns to the manufacturer. takes no responsibility for the warranties provided by the manufacturer and such products does not fall within the ambit of the return policy.
