Use to treat Hypertension
It can cause Blurred vision, Sweating, Dizziness, Unusual tiredness and weakness, Back pain, Chest tightness, Increased heartbeat, Cough, Diarrhea, Vomiting
Before taking enalapril, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or to other ACE inhibitors (such as benazepril); or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details. Discontinue as soon as possible when pregnancy is detected; affects renin-angiotensin system, causing oligohydramnios, which may result in fetal injury and/or deathFor hypertensive patients on diuretics, if possible discontinue diuretics 2-3 days before starting enalaprilUse with caution in renal impaired patient
It is contraindicated in Pregnancy, angioneurotic edema following other ACE inhibitors, bilateral renal artery stenosis. It may interact with aliskiren, celecoxib, aspirin, ketorolac, meloxicam etc
