It is used to relieve itching, burning, pain or inflammation of the outer ear and ear canal when it is infected or likely to be infected.

Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient and children under 6 yearsBefore using triamcinolone, tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are allergic to it; or to other corticosteroids (such as methylprednisolone); or if you have any other allergies. This product may contain inactive ingredients, which can cause allergic reactions or other problems. Talk to your pharmacist for more details. Donot use it for middle ear infection. Do not use this medicine if your ear drums are perforated. Even if symptoms improve within the first few days of treatment, you should not interrupt or stop it until the prescribed course of treatment has been completed.
