This medicine is use to treat Malaria,Rheumatoid Arthritis,Systemic Lupus Erythematosus.
It can cause Muscle weakness,Headache,Leukopenia,Leukopenia.
Long-term therapy in children,Hypersensitivity to 4-aminoquinoline derivatives,Retinal or visual field changes due to 4-aminoquinoline compounds. This medicine can interact with adalimumab,alefacept,anthrax vaccine,antithymocyte globulin equin,azathioprine,digoxin,diphtheria & tetanus toxoids,everolimus.
Discontinue in 6 months if improvement is inadequate. Use in patients with psoriasis may precipitate a severe attack of psoriasis; use with caution. Dermatologic reactions to hydroxychloroquine may occur.
Please consult your doctor when taking this medicine if you are pregnant. It should be use with caution in breastfeeding or nursing mothers.
