It is contrainticated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug. Before using this medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist your medical history, especially of: liver disease, kidney disease, a weakened immune system (such as HIV infection). Do no use in children less than 12 years. Use with caution in immuno-compromized patient. It is unknown if this medication passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
This medicine can interact with baricitinib,phenytoin,valproic acid,warfarin.
