History of serious allergic reaction (i. e. , anaphylaxis) to vaccine components or encephalopathy (e. g. , coma or prolonged seizures) not attributable to an identifiable cause within 7 days of administration of a vaccine with pertussis componentsThis vaccine can interact with Adalimumab,Alefacept,Anakinra,Antithymocyte globulin equine,Azathioprine.
Use with caution in immunocompromised patient. You should not receive hepatitis B vaccine if you are allergic to baker’s yeast. Allergic reactions reported; appropriate medical treatment and supervision must be available to manage possible anaphylactic reactions following administration
