Use to treat Infection
Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
It is contraindicated in patients with a history of serious hypersensitivity reactions (e. g. , anaphylaxis or Stevens-Johnson syndrome) to amoxicillin, clavulanate or to other beta-lactam antibacterial drugs (e. g. , penicillins and cephalosporins).
Products that may interact with this drug include: methotrexate.
This medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. This medication passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
