Burning, Itching, Irritation and dryness
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug. You are advised to not take this medication if you have allergy, systemic fungal infection or an active untreated infection. Discontinuing the medication suddenly after a long-term use may be dangerous. It is advicable to consult a doctor before using this medicine. Serious side effects may include an increased risk of infection, severe allergic reactions, muscle weakness, and psychosis.
Interactions of this drug include: aminoglutethimide. amphotericin B injection and potassium-depleting agents. antibiotics, specifically macrolide. anticholinesterases. oral anticoagulants. antidiabetics. antitubercular drugs. cholestyramine.
